Café Bar JF is a new restaurant opening in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, centered on seasonal cooking and a modern interpretation of South American tavern culture through a New York lens. The restaurant offers a focused à la carte menu, a thoughtful wine program, and a concise cocktail list, with an emphasis on product quality, strong technique, and warm, attentive hospitality.

Chef Francisco Castillo, formerly of Central (Lima), Boragó (Santiago), and Amelia (San Sebastián), and Llama San (NYC) has teamed up with Juan Correa (Papa San, Llama Inn, Llama San) in an homage to their South American childhoods.

Position: Hosts
Hosts are an essential to the guest experience. They are responsible for creating positive guest interactions and cultivating an exceptional dining experience. 

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Michelin-level or equivalent experience

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

• Clean, organized work habits and attention to detail

• Ability to work efficiently and with poise in a fast-paced, high-volume service

• Familiarity with Resy and Toast
