Floor Manager – Friedmans (Upper West Side, NYC)

Friedmans is looking for a Floor Manager to join our team at our 72nd Street location on the Upper West Side. This is an entry-level management role designed for someone ready to take the next step in their restaurant career and grow within a respected New York hospitality group.

What You’ll Do

• Lead service on the floor and ensure every guest feels welcomed and taken care of

• Build relationships with guests and create regulars

• Support and coach the front-of-house team throughout service

• Maintain high hospitality and service standards

• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care

• Work closely with the management and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
