The Opportunity:
Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individuals are sought to join the Front-of-House team. Hiring is in progress for Servers, Bartenders, host/cross trained employee and Support, all of whom are vital to ensuring guests have a positive and enjoyable experience at Kit Kat Club. Host pay is 16.60 + tips.
Responsibilities will vary depending on the specific role, but may include:
Bartenders:

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service, including greeting guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
- Manage bar inventory, including stocking, restocking, and assisting with ordering supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Process payments accurately using the POS system and manage tabs.
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and enforce responsible alcohol service practices.
Servers:
- Warmly greet and seat guests.
- Present menus and take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing the POS system.
- Provide recommendations on menu items, including daily specials and wine pairings.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately to guests.
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or requests.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized section and assist with light cleaning tasks.
Support :
- Prepare the dining area for service, including setting tables with linens, silverware, and glassware.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently as guests finish their meals.
- Assist servers by refilling water glasses, delivering bread, and providing additional items as requested.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the dining room and surrounding areas throughout service.
- Support dishwashing staff by scraping, stacking, or loading dishes as needed.
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables in a timely manner.
- Ensure the accuracy and presentation of each dish before delivery.
- Communicate with kitchen staff regarding orders and any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Answer customer questions about menu items and ingredients.
- Uphold food health and safety standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred (especially for servers).
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina and strength to stand for extended periods, lift and carry trays (up to 25 lbs+), and navigate a busy dining area.
- Basic math skills and comfort with handling cash and processing payments.
- Knowledge of POS TOAST systems is a plus.
- Active Serv safe and basset certifications a MUST

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($12.62) plus tips
