Server

Scofflaw is a neighborhood cocktail bar in Logan Square known for seasonal drink menus, thoughtful hospitality, and a lively, welcoming atmosphere.

We’re looking for a professional, disciplined server who is passionate about warm hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. Our ideal candidate is excited about food and beverage, pays attention to the small details that make service special, and enjoys learning and sharing that knowledge with guests.

Servers at Scofflaw should have a solid understanding of classic cocktails and spirits, be comfortable speaking about seasonal food and beverage menus, and have experience delivering genuine, attentive service in a fast-paced environment.

Hours

• Monday – Thursday: 5pm – 1am

• Friday – Saturday: 1pm – 2am

• Sunday: 1pm – 1am

Server responsibilities include:

• Setting up the dining room and server stations

• Polishing silverware and preparing service materials

• Maintaining tables and supporting overall guest experience

• Cleaning menus and closing down the dining room at the end of service

We are currently looking to fill a part-time role (1–2 shifts per week), with opportunities to pick up additional shifts and cover as needed.
