Our client is a Elevated Sushi QSR in Manhattan and are looking for a strong General Manager to lead full daily operations of a small but busy spot!

This is not traditional fast food - it’s premium product, strong brand identity, and hospitality-driven service delivered in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.

What You’ll Do

Lead all FOH operations
Drive service standards, speed of execution, and guest experience
Manage scheduling, labor controls, and daily performance metrics
Be hands-on during peak periods and lead from the floor

What We’re Looking For

GM or Senior Restaurant Manager ready for the next step
Background in elevated or small chain QSR
High-volume experience
Strong team building and training skills – hiring a fresh team for this location!
Operationally sound with attention to systems and detail

Compensation Details
