We’re looking for a passionate, motivated line cook who’s excited to grow in a high-end, fast-paced kitchen. This is a great opportunity to be part of the ongoing legacy of a historic restaurant while continuing to build your skills and experience.
For our current needs, we’re seeking someone available 3–5 days per week, part-time or full-time. The ideal candidate has some flexibility to pick up additional shifts as needed (coverage for vacations, illness, etc.) and enjoys being a reliable part of a collaborative line team. The role would likely start as part time (3 days a week, plus coverage as needed) with a high likelihood of growing to full time for the right candidate.

What We Need From You:
Experience: High-volume cooking experience and basic knife skills.
Knife Work: Ability to care for & cut vegetables & proteins.
Station Mastery: Set up, maintain, and sanitize your station and all recipes.
Inventory Skills: Manage inventory with FIFO and proper labeling.
Mental Readiness: Organize your workflow and be mentally prepared for your shift.
Equipment Savvy: Use and maintain kitchen equipment properly.
Team Spirit: Show respect and work seamlessly with our team.
