Our kitchen culture is fast-paced, hospitality-driven, and highly collaborative, where our team supports one another, takes pride in their craft, and works together to deliver memorable experiences for our guests.
This role is perfect for a strong Sous Chef ready to step up or an experienced Chef de Cuisine who thrives in a high-energy environment and is excited to bring creativity to a beloved neighborhood restaurant.
We’re looking for someone who will:
• Lead and inspire a passionate kitchen team
• Bring creativity while maintaining consistency and quality
• Help evolve and develop our menu with fresh ideas and seasonal inspiration
• Manage food cost, inventory, and kitchen operations efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional kitchen environment
• Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative restaurant culture
Caribbean cuisine experience is a plus, but not required.
We welcome chefs who are excited to explore and celebrate the flavors of the islands.
Spanish language skills are a plus.
