Job Title: Support Staff / Runner / Busser

Type: Full-time / Part-time
​About the Role:
We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented Support Staff to join our team at Momento. You will be the engine of our dining room, ensuring that the flow of service is seamless and that our guests have everything they need for an exceptional experience.
​Key Responsibilities:
​Efficiency: Deliver dishes from the kitchen to the correct tables with speed and accuracy.
​Ambience: Clear and reset tables promptly according to our service standards.
​Support: Assist servers and bartenders with water service, clearing glassware, and maintaining a clean dining area.
​Communication: Maintain clear and constant communication between the "Heart of House" (kitchen) and the "Front of House" (service).
​Requirements:
​Experience in high-volume or upscale casual environments is a plus.
​Ability to stand/walk for long shifts and carry heavy trays.
​A "team-first" attitude and a sense of urgency.
​Basic English communication skills.
