The Role:

You are the first impression of the restaurant and set the tone for the guest experience. There will be times you answer the phone, take reservations, and be responsible for seating guests throughout the restaurant. We are looking for someone that is available to work weekends. 

Qualifications & Disposition:

• Must have a minimum 1 year experience as a restaurant host
• Proficient in Reservation Management platforms
• Flexible schedule based on the needs of Sartianos
• Passion and knowledge of food & beverage operations
• Ability to build tasteful and respectful relationships with guests
• Professional, tactful, and well-versed in conflict resolution
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
