Floor Manager

Floor Manager – Restaurant (NYC)
Compensation: $27–$30 per hour

We are looking for a hands-on Floor Manager to help lead our front-of-house team in a busy NYC restaurant and ensure an excellent guest experience every day/night. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced dining room, leads by example, and takes pride in hospitality and service standards. Opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities
• Oversee dining room operations during service
• Support and supervise servers, hosts, and support staff
• Maintain service standards and positive guest experiences
• Assist with reservations, table flow, and service coordination
• Communicate with the kitchen to ensure smooth service

Qualifications
• Previous restaurant leadership or supervisory experience required
• Strong hospitality mindset and team leadership skills
• Ability to stay organized and calm during busy service
• Italian restaurant experience a plus
