Golden Child, the rooftop cocktail bar at Hotel Park Ave, is seeking experienced, hospitality‑driven bartenders to join our team. As a bartender, you’ll be a direct point of contact for guests, crafting thoughtful, high‑quality cocktails while delivering the warm, intelligent service that defines the Golden Child experience. This role is ideal for individuals who love cocktail craftsmanship, guest connection, and the rhythm of a high‑energy, high‑standard environment.

Providing warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service throughout the guest experience.

Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of all Renwick classic and Golden Child signature cocktails, including preparation techniques, flavor logic, and ingredient pairings.

Executing high‑quality prep work, including syrups, cordials, infusions, batches, and other bar essentials that uphold our beverage standards.

Stocking and organizing product deliveries, ensuring proper inventory management and efficient bar setup.

Managing multiple orders with efficiency, organization, and professionalism during peak service.

Presenting cocktails with attention to Golden Child’s elevated aesthetic and brand expectations.

Upselling and recommending beverages with genuine enthusiasm to enhance the guest experience.

Following proper cash handling and POS procedures to ensure transaction accuracy.

Adhering to all Renwick Hospitality service standards, including proper handling of glassware, tools, and bar equipment.

Supporting seamless communication between bar, floor staff, and kitchen teams to maintain smooth operations.

Creating a welcoming, engaging atmosphere—offering recommendations, anticipating needs, and reading the room with confidence.

Following our 10/4 Rule—acknowledge guests within 10 feet, greet them within 4 feet.

Demonstrating reliability, punctuality, and a strong team‑player attitude.

A minimum of 3 shifts per week, with a maximum of 5 shifts.

Goal: 4 shifts weekly, averaging at least 30 hours, subject to business needs.

Flexibility between morning and evening shifts is required—clear scheduling expectations may impact hiring decisions.

Team members who exceed expectations and demonstrate a desire for continued growth may be offered opportunities to work at Park Rose, our ground‑floor restaurant. Park Rose is a warm, ingredient‑driven dining room focused on thoughtful service, craft cocktails, and a polished yet welcoming guest experience. High performers at Golden Child may be invited to cross‑train or pick up additional shifts as business needs allow.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($11.35) plus tips
