Specific job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assists all servers in providing quality food and beverage service to guests according to specifications, courteously and efficiently
- Maintains tables by removing courses as completed, replenishing utensils, refilling water glasses and being alert to guest needs
- Works with the team to ensure setup of dining room prior to service
- Maintains sanitation to Department of Health standards, inspects dining room continually to ensure compliance
- Maintains cleanliness across the venue
- Stocks all wares and equipment needed for service
What You Bring
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a server assistant in a high-volume restaurant
- A positive attitude and passion for providing exceptional hospitality service
- The ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects, up to 50lbs
- Kneel, bend, and stoop; be on feet for extended periods of time
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($11.35) plus tips
