We are currently seeking professional and experienced Servers and Bartenders to join our team.
Position 1: Server
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of restaurant service experience

At least 1 year of experience in a Japanese restaurant

Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine, sushi, and dining etiquette preferred

Excellent communication and guest service skills

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Must be available to work on weekends

Team-oriented with a professional attitude and strong attention to detail
Responsibilities

Provide attentive and professional service to guests

Guide guests through the menu and offer knowledgeable recommendations

Maintain strong understanding of menu items, beverages, and daily specials

Ensure smooth communication with kitchen and bar staff

Uphold Momoya’s standards of hospitality and service
Position 2: Bartender
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a restaurant or bar

Experience in Japanese restaurants or familiarity with Japanese beverages preferred
-
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and sake
-
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment

Friendly, professional, and service-oriented personality

Strong teamwork and communication skills
Responsibilities

Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, sake, and other beverages
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar area

Provide knowledgeable beverage recommendations to guests and service staff

Assist in maintaining bar inventory and restocking
-
Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with restaurant standards
