⁃ Position: Full Time Cook
⁃ Where: Saigon Babylon (rooftop bar & elevated Viet cuisine, @907 Main St, Cambridge MA)
⁃ Pay: $20-26/hr. $20/hr for 4 weeks trial.
⁃ Shifts: 5 shifts/week (Tues-Sat). Ability to work evening & weekend shifts a must.
⁃ Who we are: Awarded “Best Vietnamese Restaurant 2025” and “Best Atmosphere 2024” by Boston Globe. We’re a warm, artistic, diverse team. Our sister restaurants are Cicada and the Eaves.
⁃ The job: The cook will have both prep and line service responsibilities. Fast paced dynamic environment. All experience levels welcomed. Perfect for a curious learner who manages their own work. Great opportunity for learning Viet cuisine.
⁃ Who we look for: You are a humble learner with strong discipline and a sunny attitude. You are quick, neat, and proactive. You want to grow with us for at least a year, and preferably much longer.
⁃ Excellent performer will have opportunity to learn managing inventory, recipe process & design, and business mindset (and get higher compensation).
⁃ Benefits: Yearly bonus. Good performers get a raise after 6 months. 1 week paid time off & health insurance after 6 months if full time.
