Bartender

Zoli is a new endeavor from Ned Baldwin (Houseman); focused on approachable but progressive American cooking in collaboration with the Amant Center for Contemporary Arts in East Williamsburg. Opening Spring 2026. 

Our ideal Bartender candidate has a genuine enthusiasm for F&B and hospitality, thrives in a team environment, and understands how to balance neighborhood charm with professionalism. An earnest desire to cultivate a culture of excellence rooted in kindness and collaboration is required for this role. Interest in working closely with BOH to create signature cocktails that are in-line with Zoli's cuisine is a plus!

- Understanding and enthusiasm about wine and wine service, beer, cocktails, and other beverage.

- 2+ years of NYC bartending experience in a fast-paced, team orientated space.

- Experience with Toast POS. 

- Upbeat, positive personality with a team-first mindset and a willingness to receive feedback. 

- Ability to multi-task and communicate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

- Comfortable with repetitive motions such as walking, bending, and shaking.
