As a Sauté Line Cook at Alma, you’ll be at the heart of our kitchen, working with vibrant ingredients and bold Venezuelan flavors to bring some of our most expressive dishes to life. This is a role for someone who loves the rhythm of a busy service, takes pride in precision and craft, and thrives in a collaborative, creative environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for the sauté station daily
- Sauté and assemble dishes to order, ensuring proper temperature and presentation
- Operate kitchen equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain Alma’s standards for taste, presentation, and portioning
- Work quickly and calmly under pressure during busy service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with line cooks, prep cooks, dishwashers, and servers to ensure smooth operations
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of restaurant experience in an excellence-driven kitchen
- Sauté experience required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Reliable, optimistic team players
- High stamina—able to stay on your feet throughout service
- Full-time availability
- Spanish fluency
