Built around the food people crave most—great burgers, thoughtful snacks, cold milkshakes, and carefully made grab-and-go items—Tiny’s delivers Americana through a subtle, modern lens. Familiar but refined, comforting yet precise. Our focus isn’t to complicate simple food, but to execute it exceptionally well with quality ingredients, intentional technique, clean flavors, and consistent results.

JOB SUMMARY
The culinary team represents the restaurant with the highest levels of culinary skills, professionalism, sanitation, and food safety. Our line and prep cooks must interact with team members and management in a professional and collaborative manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cooks and plates food as directed in a clean, safe, and timely manner
- Prepares food according to procedures and standards, within allowable time guidelines
- Ensures high food quality
- Maintains a clean, neat, and organized work station, kitchen, and prep area • Practices proper receiving, stocking, storage, and rotating procedures • Practices safe food handling procedures such as labeling and dating • Assists in producing Family Meal
- Safely operates and cleans all kitchen equipment
- Conducts regular deep cleanings of the kitchen and walk-in
- Completes station inventories and checklists
REQUIREMENTS
- California Food Handler Card
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Must have minimum 3 days consistent availability
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Involves standing and walking the entire shift
- Involves reaching, bending, and stooping frequently
- Involves lifting, moving, and carrying at least 50 pounds with frequency throughout shift
LANGUAGE
- Ability to speak multiple languages, including English and Spanish, is a plus but not required
