We’re looking for hospitality professionals dedicated to delivering a smooth, efficient, and high-quality dining experience. This position assists servers and kitchen staff by maintaining clean and organized dining areas, delivering food accurately and promptly, and ensuring guests have what they need throughout their visit.
Summary of Position:
This role is responsible for clearing and resetting tables, running food from the kitchen to the dining room, refilling water and beverages, and assisting with general dining room cleanliness. Strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and the ability to work as part of a team are essential. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy supporting a team, and take pride in creating a clean, welcoming, and efficient dining experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly according to service standards
- Run food from the kitchen to the dining room quickly and accurately, following all steps of service.
- Assist servers by refilling water, beverages, and condiments as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining room, service stations, and back-of-house support areas
- Support guest needs by responding promptly and courteously to requests
- Communicate effectively with host, servers, kitchen staff, and supervisors to support smooth service flow
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures
- Assist with opening and closing duties, cleaning, and restocking
- Remove trash, recycling, and soiled linens in a safe and timely manner
- Maintain awareness of table status and assist with guest seating flow as needed
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service standards
- Demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a positive, professional attitude
- Between seating’s promptly clean tabletops, chairs and booths. Check the floor and clean as required. Reset and arrange tabletop.
- Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed.
- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.
Qualifications:
- No previous restaurant experience required.
- Have working knowledge of the predominant language(s) of our guests.
- Be able to lift, reach, bend, and stoop.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
- Be able to safely lift bags, cases, and stacks with heavy weight.
- Able to stay calm and problem-solve in a busy environment.
- Reliable, organized, and attentive to detail.
- Flexible availability, including weekends.
- Excellent multi-tasking and attention to detail
- Able to lift 50 lbs
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($11.35) plus tips
