Seeking for a polished, detail-oriented Host to join our front-of-house team. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Host plays a key role in setting the tone for the dining experience while ensuring smooth service flow and clear communication with the floor and management teams.
Key Responsibilities

Warmly welcome and seat guests while maintaining an organized and efficient dining room flow

Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments through the Resy reservation system

Monitor pacing and coordinate with servers, bartenders, and management to optimize guest experience

Respond promptly and professionally to event and large party inquiries via email, phone, and reservation platforms

Maintain accurate guest notes, preferences, and reservation details in Resy
-
Communicate special requests, VIP guests, and operational updates to the team

Assist with managing guest expectations during peak service periods

Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance area
Qualifications

Strong working knowledge of the Resy reservation platform is required

Previous host or hospitality experience preferred (NYC restaurant experience is a plus)
