Bartender – Part-Time / Full-Time (Weekends)

Estia, a high-end Greek restaurant in Marlton, NJ known for fresh seafood and exceptional hospitality, is looking for an experienced bartender for part-time or full-time weekend shifts to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and dining room guests

• Interact with guests, take drink and food orders, and provide excellent service

• Assess guests’ preferences and make drink recommendations

• Mix ingredients and prepare classic and specialty cocktails

• Complete prep work for cocktails and garnishes

• Verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance

• Use Toast POS to enter orders and manage bar tabs

• Restock and maintain bar inventory and supplies

• Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked

• Maintain a guest-focused attitude and provide an excellent experience

Requirements

• Resume and proven experience as a bartender

• Strong knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks

• Experience with Toast POS or similar restaurant POS systems preferred

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills

• Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a busy environment
