Host / Hostess – Estia Greek Restaurant

Estia, a high-end Greek restaurant known for fresh seafood and exceptional hospitality, is looking for a friendly and professional Host/Hostess to join our team.

What We’re Looking For

• Warm, welcoming personality with strong communication skills

• Ability to stay organized and professional in a busy environment

• Prior restaurant experience required

• Familiarity with OpenTable and Toast POS is a plus

• Team player with a strong focus on guest service

Host Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and create a great first impression as they enter the restaurant

• Manage reservations using OpenTable

• Use Toast POS for takeout orders and guest assistance

• Assist with takeout orders (opportunity to earn tips)

• Provide menus and answer basic questions about the menu

• Coordinate seating to maintain balanced service for the wait staff

• Answer phones and assist with reservations, including large party bookings
