Now Hiring: Sous Chef – Hotel Culinary Operations
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to help oversee the culinary program across multiple outlets and in-room dining at 11 Howard, a boutique property where Danish minimalism meets New York energy and home to Le Coucou. This role works closely with the culinary leadership team to maintain exceptional food quality, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and lead a dynamic kitchen team delivering thoughtful hospitality across the hotel’s various dining experiences.
This position offers a comprehensive package including:
- A base salary range of $75,000 - $85,000
- Quarterly bonus program

- 3+ years of culinary leadership experience in a reputable restaurant or hotel that is culinary and hospitality-driven
