Position Overview
We are seeking friendly, professional, and reliable Bartender / Servers to join our event team. In this role, team members will primarily work as bartenders but will also have the opportunity to work server shifts depending on event needs. This is a great position for hospitality professionals who enjoy variety, working in different venues, and being part of memorable events.

Key Responsibilities
Bartending

Set up and break down event bars efficiently and professionally

Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout events

Interact with guests in a friendly and engaging manner

Follow all alcohol service guidelines and responsible service practices
Serving

Assist with plated meals, buffet service, and passed hors d’oeuvres

Provide attentive and professional table service to guests

Maintain a clean and organized service area

Work closely with event managers, chefs, and fellow team members to ensure smooth event execution
General Event Responsibilities

Arrive prepared, on time, and in proper uniform

Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed

Maintain high standards of professionalism, hospitality, and teamwork

Represent 12th Street Catering with integrity and positive energy at all times

Qualifications

Previous bartending and/or serving experience preferred

Strong communication and guest service skills

Ability to work in fast-paced event environments

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays

Responsible alcohol service certification (or willingness to obtain)
