Job Details

Food Prep - Kitchen Staff position in an Italian Sandwich Shop/Cafe.

Job duties:
•Prep ingredients daily (washing, slicing, portioning meats, cheeses, vegetables, sauces, etc.)
•Assisting the cook with kitchen tasks as needed during service
•Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
•Keeping prep areas clean and organized
•Basic cleaning and dish duties

Looking for someone who is:
•Dependable and works well on a team
•Comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen
•Kitchen experience preferred
•Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
•Available to work weekends (A MUST)
