Moon Star is an exciting new cocktail bar focused on hospitality, craft cocktails and elevated sharable plates. Our space blends a refined yet welcoming atmosphere with a focus on quality, creativity, and hospitality. We aim to provide exceptional service and memorable guest experiences. We are looking for passionate and reliable server assistants to support our front-of-house operations, including bussing, food running, and barbacking.
*MUST BE AVAILABLE THURSDAYS, FRIDAYS & SATURDAYS TO START AT 3PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support servers and bartenders to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Clear and reset tables, polish glassware and silverware
- Deliver food and drinks to guests promptly and accurately
- Restock bar supplies, assist with prep tasks, and maintain bar cleanliness
- Monitor guest needs and communicate with the team to elevate the guest experience
We’re Looking For:
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a sense of urgency and professionalism
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
- Experience in bussing, food running, or barbacking is preferred but not required
- Interest in craft cocktails, food, and hospitality
- Evening and weekend availability required
