We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our opening team and help build a warm, energetic hospitality culture.
Responsibilities
• Oversee all front-of-house operations and daily service
• Lead, train, and inspire a team focused on genuine hospitality
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and service standards
• Ensure smooth coordination between FOH and kitchen teams
• Maintain high standards of guest experience and operational efficiency
• Work closely with ownership on opening procedures and service systems
• Manage reservations, guest flow, and special events
Qualifications
• 3+ years experience in a restaurant management role in NYC
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with high-volume restaurant operations preferred
• Passion for hospitality and team culture
• Familiarity with POS systems and reservation platforms
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business requires
