As a Grill/Broiler Cook, you will be an essential part of our kitchen team, responsible for preparing premium items from our broil station. You’ll bring fire and finesse to every plate, mastering temperature control, timing, and presentation in a fast-moving, high-volume environment. Working closely with your culinary partners, you’ll help deliver bold flavors and unforgettable dining experiences that define the Cactus Club Cafe standard. This is a hands-on opportunity to sharpen your craft, grow alongside experienced chefs, and contribute to exceptional guest moments.
YOU ARE:
- A professional with at least 1 year of experience as a Grill or Broiler Cook in a high-volume restaurant (preferred but not required).
- Passionate about food and dedicated to producing high‑quality menu items.
- Skilled in grill and broiler techniques, including temperature control, proper seasoning, and resting methods.
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced kitchen with strong attention to timing and detail.
- Eager to learn, receptive to feedback, and motivated to expand your culinary expertise.
- A collaborative team player who communicates clearly and supports fellow kitchen staff.
- Organized, dependable, and committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workstation.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required by the role.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($21.00 - $30.00)
