Altro Paradiso is seeking a Full-Time Line Cook.
From globally acclaimed chef Ignacio Mattos, Altro Paradiso is a recently Michelin-recommended Italian restaurant in the heart of SoHo and a staple of New York City dining. Since opening in 2016, it has built a loyal following of neighborhood regulars and returning travelers alike, offering regionally inspired Italian cooking in a vibrant, light-filled space.
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is responsible for executing dishes with precision, maintaining organization at the station, and supporting a smooth and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute menu items according to company recipes and standards.
- Maintain organized and well-stocked stations with proper mise en place before and during service.
- Ensure all food is prepared, plated, and delivered with consistency and attention to detail.
- Communicate clearly with chefs and team members to support a smooth service.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety in the kitchen.
- Comply with all Department of Health standards and food handling regulations.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $23.00)
