Tin's is an ambitious new cocktail bar concept set to open in the Lower East Side in Spring 2026. Led by an award-winning ownership team, we're seeking a driven Assistant General Manager to help launch and operate this innovative hybrid space.
If you're an ambitious hospitality professional ready to take a major step forward in your career, this role offers a rare opportunity to gain elite operational experience while helping build a restaurant from the ground up. The AGM will work closely with ownership and the General Manager to shape systems, culture, and daily operations while delivering elite-level hospitality in a casual, vibrant environment far from the stiffness of fine dining.
A defining feature of Tin’s is its progressive technique-driven prep program. Because the menu and beverage offerings are highly focused, a significant amount of work happens behind the scenes — fermentation, syrup development, clarification and stabilization techniques and advanced cocktail prep. The AGM will play a central role in managing and coordinating this program.
For the right candidate, this represents a major acceleration in technical knowledge and leadership experience. The position is particularly well suited for a top-performing captain, head bartender, or junior manager at a serious cocktail bar or restaurant who is ready to step into full operational leadership.
The Assistant General Manager will support the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations across our multi-level venue, leading service teams and ensuring smooth coordination between the dining room, bar program, and prep systems.
