The Role
As Lead Host, you'll run the front-of-house floor operations, oversee the host team, and partner closely with management to keep service flowing seamlessly. You bring warmth, poise, and a sharp eye for detail even on the busiest Saturday nights.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with genuine hospitality, managing reservations and walk-ins across our full dining room
- Lead, train, and support a team of hosts, setting the standard for professionalism and service
- Own the flow of the floor — coordinating with servers and the kitchen to maximize covers without sacrificing the guest experience
- Manage reservation systems (Resy, OpenTable) and maintain accurate wait times
- Handle guest concerns with composure and care, escalating to management when needed
- Contribute to a positive team culture on and off the floor
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of host or front-of-house experience in a high-volume or elevated dining environment
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Calm under pressure, organized, and detail-oriented
- Genuine interest in hospitality
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
