OPEN CALL SAVERNE, HELD AT 531 West 34th street (Corner of 34th street and Hudson Blvd). EVERY Thursday, Starting March 5th, 12pm-2pm

Saverne, a wood-fired modern brasserie from Gabriel Kreuther, the celebrated chef behind the two-Michelin-starred landmark in Bryant Park— opened its doors this winter on the ground floor of The Spiral in Hudson Yards. Rooted in the heritage of the historic town of Saverne in the Bas-Rhin region of Alsace, the restaurant brings to life a world where tradition, craftsmanship, and the poetry of live-fire cooking meet. Guests will experience the theater of open grills, the warmth of an exposed kitchen, and refined Alsatian-inspired cuisine presented in a modern, inviting, full-service setting.
We are seeking passionate, polished, and deeply hospitality-driven Front and Back of House team members to help bring this vision to life. Guided by Chef Kreuther’s legacy—where culinary mastery and heartfelt service are inseparable—Saverne celebrates dining as an art form: intimate, expressive, and rooted in genuine human connection.
