Assistant General Manager – Piccadilly Grace, South Pasadena

Compensation: $30-$35 per hour (DOE) + performance-based bonuses

We’re looking for a hands-on Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help lead daily operations and uphold our standards of excellence.
Position Overview
The Assistant General Manager will oversee the daily operations of Piccadilly Grace South Pasadena, working closely with the General Manager at our San Marino location to ensure smooth coordination between both stores. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and is passionate about team development and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations at the South Pasadena location
- Collaborate with the General Manager to manage food and labor costs
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards and resolve guest concerns promptly
- Hire, train, and develop team members to ensure operational excellence
- Create and manage staff schedules to balance labor efficiency and team morale
- Support the GM in implementing company policies, procedures, and performance goals
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
- Lead by example on the floor coaching staff and maintaining a positive, professional environment
Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience (preferably full-service or fast-casual)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage costs and drive profitability
- Experience with scheduling, hiring, and team training
- ServSafe Manager Certification
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
