The Opportunity:
Server: Your poised demeanor, sophisticated command of culinary and beverage offerings, and meticulous attention to detail ensure a bespoke experience for every guest. We seek individuals with an appreciation for high-touch service. This role requires a seamless transition from high touch service in the beginning of the night to a vibrant, late-night cocktail atmosphere; proficiency in both high-caliber engagement and high-volume execution is essential. A minimum of four years of experience in an elevated environment is required.

Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in a comparable role, with a focus on artisanal cocktails, high-volume flow, and elevated gastronomy.

• An inviting, sophisticated service style rooted in an authentic commitment to hospitality.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage a discerning clientele.

• Ease and agility while operating in an atmospheric, low-light, and high-energy environment.

• An enthusiast for Champagnes, boutique spirits, and classic mixology.

• Flexibility to accommodate a schedule of evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts.
