Floor Manager

The Mulberry is hiring an experienced and passionate Floor Manager to join our team! We are seeking a professional hospitality leader to maintain our high standards of hospitality. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work under the direction of the Managing Partners to manage daily operations of the bar/venue and at times as needed other food and beverage areas

Appoint and delegate tasks and responsibilities to staff as directed by Managing Partners

Ensure standard operating procedures are upheld

Lead by example

Ensures smooth operations by planning, delegating, and clearly communicating responsibilities to staff and providing coaching and feedback as needed

Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints

Manage restaurant supplies

Displays a customer-comes-first mentality and ensures the team delivers exceptional customer service to all guests

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 2 years in a management role in the high-end Restaurant/Bar Environment

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred

Culinary certificate or comparable experience preferred

Must exemplify the highest standards in honesty, integrity, humility and leadership

Proven team player is willing to roll up your sleeves - a good leader should be willing and able to do whatever he or she asks of their team! 

Good time-management skills

Great interpersonal and communication skills

Food Handler’s Permit or ServSafe Manager’s Certification
