At Balos Estiatorio, we celebrate the warmth of Greek hospitality, refined coastal cuisine, and vibrant energy. We are seeking a seasoned Food Runner / Expo who understands that execution is everything — and that every plate leaving the pass represents our brand.

Balos is a high-volume, upscale dining environment serving up to 600+ covers nightly. Precision, urgency, and grace under pressure are non-negotiable.

Who You Are
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Food Runner and/or Expo in a high-volume, upscale restaurant

  • Experienced handling 500–800+ covers

  • Available Saturdays and Sundays (required)

  • Calm, organized, and focused during peak service

  • Strong communicator who bridges BOH and FOH seamlessly

  • Detail-driven with an eye for presentation and modifications

  • Professional, polished, and hospitality-minded

What You’ll Do
  • Control and manage the flow of service from the pass

  • Inspect every dish for accuracy, presentation, and quality

  • Ensure timely, synchronized delivery to the dining room

  • Support servers in maintaining elevated guest experience standards

  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the expo line

  • Uphold Balos service standards with consistency and urgency

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($12.00 - $14.00) plus tips
