Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized Receptionist to support our daily operations from the office. This role serves as the primary point of contact for incoming phone calls, guest emails, and general inquiries, ensuring that communication flows smoothly between our guests and internal teams.
The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational ability, and the ability to work closely with management and culinary teams to ensure guest needs and internal requests are handled efficiently.
This position plays an important role in maintaining the level of hospitality and professionalism our brand is known for.
Key Responsibilities
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Manage and respond to guest emails regarding reservations, events, special requests, and general information
• Organize and relay important guest messages and inquiries to managers, chefs, and relevant team members
• Maintain clear communication between departments to ensure requests and information are handled efficiently
• Assist with administrative and office tasks as needed
• Maintain organized records, notes, and tracking systems for guest inquiries and requests
• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and other office platforms to assist with organization and reporting
• Support management with scheduling, documentation, and other operational needs
• Help maintain a smooth and professional communication flow within the team
Qualifications
• Previous experience in administrative, office, hospitality, or customer service roles preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional and friendly phone and email etiquette
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general office platforms
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Ability to work collaboratively with management and team members
• Hospitality experience
