Full Time, Part Time and Seasonal Positions available.

Little bit about us: The Salt Line concept combines the spirit of a New England Style Raw Bar and Fish House with the bounty of the Chesapeake and the energy of the Nation’s Capital. Building on the success of The Salt Line (DC), Long Shot Hospitality was thrilled to open its second The Salt Line in the bustling and energetic Ballston neighborhood. Opening in October 2021 to immediate accolades and success, The Salt Line Ballston has already established itself as a cornerstone of the Ballston dining scene and community. We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic servers to join our team and be a part of the continued success for this exciting new addition to the growing The Salt Line family!
Desired Qualifications:
- Ideally minimum of 2 years of relevant high volume/upscale dining server experience
- Basic professional level of knowledge of food, beverage and wine service
- Positive attitude and friendly disposition
- Professional, punctual, reliable
- Team oriented mindset - we are a pooled house
- Minimum of three shifts of availability
- Must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors
- Seasonal candidates welcome

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($2.13) plus tips
Estimated Weekly Tips: $1,400.00
