Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled Upscale Dining Server to join our team at Love, Makoto. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in an upscale dining environment. The Server Candidate will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. As a Server, you will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure all orders are accurate and delivered promptly.

- Explain the menus to the guests
- Take food and beverage orders from guests
- Serve meals and beverages to guests according to established protocols
- Ensure quality control of all dishes and drinks being served
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any guest concerns or complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Manage multiple tables while ensuring each guest receives personalized attention
- Maintain complete knowledge of menu items and specials, including ingredients and preparation methods
- Attend all required meetings and training sessions
- Minimum of 2 years experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at once
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($17.95) plus tips
