Pilsen Yards is now accepting applications for spring and summer server positions, both full time and part time. Start date will be sometime between late March and mid April, weather dependent.*

Pilsen Yards is a family owned and operated neighborhood restaurant on 18th St in Pilsen. Home to one of the biggest patios in Chicago, Pilsen Yards is a music and bar-driven restaurant that is positively upbeat, energetic, and fun, and we've integrated into the community and neighborhood since opening in 2021. 

With an employee-centric focus, our goal is to build a team of people as passionate about people as we are. We want people that actually enjoy hosting. We want people that are looking for a restaurant that provides genuinely warm, friendly, approachable, and personable experiences both to their guests AND to their staff. We want people that need to work in a positive, team-driven, hard-working environment. We want people that truly care about the guest, about each other, and about building the business. And we need people with both exceptional work ethic and a bright personality. A good sense of humor is encouraged and appreciated.

Average income for servers is $1350/week.* This is total gross wages and tips, based on a 40-hour work week. We operate on a tip pool.

Minimum 3 years prior serving experience required.

You must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday (brunch and/or dinner shift). We are closed Mondays & Tuesdays.
