We are seeking a focused, detail-driven Line Cook / Sandwich Maker who understands that assembling a sandwich is not just a task — it is a craft.

This role is central to our guest experience.

 The Role

The Line Cook / Sandwich Maker is responsible for executing sandwiches and cold line items with precision, consistency, and urgency while maintaining an organized and pristine station.

You will:

• Assemble sandwiches exactly to recipe specifications
• Maintain speed without sacrificing presentation
• Ensure proper portioning and consistency
• Communicate clearly with grill, prep, and expo
• Manage ticket flow during high-volume service
• Maintain a clean and fully stocked station at all times
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
• Support prep production when needed

This is a fast-paced environment. Calm focus and strong systems are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of line, deli, or sandwich experience preferred
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and portion control
• Clean, organized work habits
• Team-oriented mindset
• Professional communication skills
• Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
