We are seeking a disciplined, detail-oriented Grill Cook who understands that great food begins with respect for ingredients, systems, and team culture.
This role is essential to maintaining the integrity, consistency, and flow of our kitchen.
The Role
The Grill Cook is responsible for executing all hot line items with speed, accuracy, and consistency while upholding the standards of our culinary program.
You will:
• Execute proteins and hot components to exact specifications
• Maintain proper cooking temperatures and food safety standards
• Manage ticket flow during high-volume service
• Communicate clearly with expo and sandwich stations
• Anticipate prep needs and restock proactively
• Maintain an immaculate and organized station
• Uphold sanitation and HACCP standards at all times
• Support prep and production when service allows
This is a fast-paced environment. Precision and urgency must coexist.
Qualifications
• 1+ years of line or grill experience preferred
• Strong understanding of timing, heat control, and consistency
• Ability to work cleanly and efficiently under pressure
• Professional communication skills
• Deep respect for kitchen systems and teamwork
• Punctual, dependable, and accountable
• Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
