Great Coast Commons is a neighborhood restaurant known for exceptional food and drink, genuine hospitality, and a warm, welcoming environment.
We are seeking a professional, hospitality-driven Server to join our front-of-house team.

As a Server, you will:
• Guide guests through food and beverage selections with confidence and knowledge
• Deliver attentive, organized, and intuitive service
• Maintain strong awareness of pacing, timing, and table flow
• Answer phones professionally and take carryout orders with accuracy and care
• Assist with coordinating and handing off carryout guest pickups
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with kitchen and front-of-house teammates
• Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism and composure
• Contribute to a calm, high-functioning dining room environment
This position requires strong menu knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively during busy service periods.
Evening and weekend availability is required.

CompensationCompensation is performance-based and reflects the strength of our guest base.
Experienced Servers consistently earn approximately $45 per hour including tips.
