JF Restaurants by Michelin-Starred and Award-winning Chef John Fraser is hiring for experienced Utility Attendants to join our esteemed team at the Wall Street Hotel.
The Utility Attendant supports seamless restaurant operations by delivering food orders quickly and accurately, communicating between the kitchen and service team and upholding luxury service standards. The Utility Attendant maintains cleanliness, organization, stocking and side work responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the restaurant/landing zones in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and special requests are met
- Describe dishes if needed, including ingredients and modifications
- Ensure proper accompaniments are included (condiments, sauces etc…)
- Ensure proper handling of hot plates, allergy-aware items, and guest needs
- Assist in clearing and resetting tables as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the expo and server stations
- Support the service team during busy shifts with a proactive, team-oriented attitude
- Side work – including but not limited to; polishing silverware, glassware, folding napkins
- Ensure all stations are stocked (napkins, silverware, glassware)
- Assist in expo support when needed
- Follow all food safety & sanitation guidelines
- Uphold luxury service standards in appearance & guest interaction

Qualifications:
- Prior restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, carry, and balance service trays.
- Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to move quickly and safely in a busy restaurant environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Physical Demands:
This role requires regular seeing, talking, hearing, reaching, sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods. Duties include lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching overhead, using stairs, and performing hand coordination tasks such as grasping and fine manipulation.
