Scratch Restaurants Group is actively recruiting for an outgoing and experienced fine dining General Manager who is interested in taking on a new challenge. This dynamic role requires a leader with strong hospitality acumen, proven leadership experience in multi-unit luxury hospitality, and the ability to cultivate a positive team culture. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Lead all day-to-day operations of the venues
• Set and maintain elevated standards of service, professionalism to ensure exceptional guest experiences by exceeding guest expectations and demonstrating a genuine love for the art of hospitality.
• Assisting with guests correspondences and coordinating with Host/Matire D team to managing guest reservations pre- and post- arrival.
• Take full ownership of site performance and reputation by driving sales and ensuring seamless guest dining experiences
• Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and resolve issues promptly with professionalism and care
• Collaborate with culinary leadership on menu execution, presentation, and overall guest experience
• Manage staff performance, attendance, and team engagement while fostering a positive, accountable, and brand-aligned culture.
• Monitor budgeting activities, control costs, and analyze financial reports to meet business goals. Financial oversight and responsibility to increase sales and minimize costs, including beverage, supplies, utilities and labor.
• Overseeing, auditing, and submitting finalized payroll and supporting documentation to the HR team in a timely and accurate manner.
• Control and management of all FOH inventories, work with Operations team for efficient provisioning and purchasing of supplies; supervise portion control and preparation to minimize waste.
• Work closely with the Corporate Event Coordinator to ensure all private events, off site events, and community events are seamlessly executed
• Maintain professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness/functionality, oversee and report any repair or building maintenance required
• Ensuring a safe, secure, and healthy restaurant by following sanitation standards and procedures; complying with health and legal regulations and maintaining security systems to reduce the risk of injury and accidents
Candidate Qualifications:
• Proven experience in Michelin-rated or equivalent high-level restaurants with a deep understanding of hospitality, guest engagement, and service standards
• Track record of managing complex, multi-venue operations with discretion and precision.
• Highly organized, financially fluent, and proficient in hospitality systems and technology.
• Experience independently leading, mentoring, and managing large, diverse teams across different departments
• Passion for Hospitality and the ability to provide thoughtful, accurate, and precise service while creating lasting memories for our guests
• Displays technology capacity (phones, computers, apps, software, printers, wifi routers, music systems, security systems, etc).
• Strong food, beverage, and service knowledge aligned with elevated Michelin-starred dining standards.
• Have open full time availability to work nights and weekends, including Holidays from 1pm-Close. Overtime may be required.
• Possess the legal ability to work with alcohol including valid all state/locally required alcohol certifications
