Okie Dokie Donuts is a high-volume, 100% gluten-free donut shop in South Philadelphia known for handmade, small-batch production and strong systems.
We are hiring a Part-Time Pastry Production Baker to join our back-of-house team.
This is a focused production role, not a decorating or “creative hobby baking” position. The majority of the work involves repetitive, high-consistency production including scaling, mixing, shaping, frying, glazing, and prep for daily donut production.
You will be expected to work efficiently, follow established recipes precisely, and maintain steady production pace during early morning shifts.
Responsibilities include:

Daily production of yeasted and cake donuts

Scaling and mixing doughs and batters

Shaping, frying, and glazing

Assisting with weekly specials production

Maintaining a clean and organized station

Supporting overall BOH workflow and prep systems
Schedule:
3–4 days per week, including at least one weekend day
Early morning start times required
This role is ideal for someone who:

Experience in pastry or baking is strongly preferred. Gluten-free experience is a plus but not required.
30-day performance review with opportunity for base pay increase based on consistency, speed, and independence.
