Located in the heart of Grand Central Terminal, Grand Marche is a new food and beverage takeaway addition to renowned restaurant, Grand Brasserie. This is where classic brasserie energy meets modern New York vibrancy and we are making that energy quickly accessible with fast beverage and food service.

• Must be available on weekends
• Ability to be ready to work by 6:30am for 6-8 hour shifts, as well as 6-8 hour PM shifts that begin at 3:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Experience – Provide warm, quick, and professional service of takeaway food and beverage
• Service Standards & Efficiency – Uphold service protocols, maintain composure in high-volume settings, and ensure seamless order execution.
• Professionalism & Adaptability – Maintain a polished, professional demeanor while adapting to the fast-paced, dynamic restaurant environment.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• A deep understanding of high-energy, fast-paced restaurant operations
• Proficiency with 7 Rooms, and other related hospitality platforms
• Ability to stay calm under pressure while maintaining a confident, welcoming atmosphere

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($18.00), plus tips.
