Dishwasher

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Dishwasher to join the team at our One-Michelin-Star restaurant. This role is essential to maintaining the flow, cleanliness, and presentation standards expected in a fine-dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Wash and polish delicate plateware, glassware, flatware, and cookware with care and precision

• Maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation standards across the dish station and kitchen areas

• Support chefs and front-of-house with timely turnaround of service items during peak periods

• Organize and store all wares to protect high-value pieces from damage

• Assist with general kitchen cleaning duties as needed

Requirements

• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting

• Respect for and experience handling delicate or high-quality service ware

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

• Reliability and punctuality for a fixed Wednesday–Sunday schedule (3 PM–1 AM)

• Authorization to work in the U.S. (valid ID and Social Security Number required)
