We are seeking a knowledgeable, charismatic, and service-driven Part-Time Sommelier to collaborate with our Wine Director in supporting and enhancing our wine program.
Position Summary
The Part-Time Sommelier provides elevated wine service, assists with inventory and cellar organization, and supports staff education. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong wine knowledge and a passion for guest engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Support the Wine Director with purchasing, inventory, and proper wine storage

Deliver attentive, personalized wine service and pairing recommendations

Assist with cellar organization and inventory accuracy

Participate in staff education on wine knowledge and service standards

Collaborate with culinary and front-of-house teams on pairings and special events

Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and receiving

Represent the restaurant professionally at tastings and with distributors as needed

2–4+ years of sommelier or fine-dining wine service experience

Formal wine education or certification (Court of Master Sommeliers, WSET, or equivalent) preferred

Strong knowledge of major wine regions, varietals, and producers

Excellent communication and guest service skills

Passion for hospitality and team collaboration

Ability to lift and move wine cases and stand for extended periods
