We are seeking an experienced Culinary Director to help refine, elevate, and expand the creative direction of our menus.
This is a senior-level role. We are looking for demonstrated leadership and depth.
Scope of Role
This position will collaborate closely with the Founder to:

Strengthen the overall culinary identity of the brand

Introduce refined techniques while maintaining operational practicality

Guide flavor development across diverse cuisines

Elevate plating aesthetics for high-end events
This role requires creative authority, strategic thinking, and technical fluency.
Required Experience
Applicants must demonstrate:

5–10+ years of experience in high-end or Michelin-starred kitchens

Experience in leadership roles (Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, Executive Sous, or equivalent)

Proven involvement in menu creation and seasonal menu development

Deep understanding of classical technique as well as modern approaches

Fluency across multiple cuisines and global flavor profiles

Strong palate and disciplined approach to ingredient selection

Ability to design food that is refined yet scalable for catering execution
This is a role for someone who has led teams, contributed to menus at a high level, and developed a broad culinary perspective.
