As the Maître D - Lead Host, your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

Opening & closing responsibilities inclusive of outlet set up & breakdown.
Host Team Scheduling
Support of floor operation responsibilities
Leading the host team during service in all aspects to ensure the hospitality and service standards are being met at all times
Embracing the ethos of Renwick Hospitality Group
Being a protector of your team and helping meet team members' expectations
